⚠ This is an electric dirt bike (e-moto), not an e-bike
It's a high-voltage off-road motorcycle. NEXVEY's FLASH PRO manual says people "under the age of 12" must not operate the vehicle. NEXVEY's FLASH PRO web page says it is designed for riders ages 13 and older. Many states and cities treat these as off-road motorcycles, so check your state's off-road vehicle (OHV) rules before riding anywhere public, and always wear a helmet and protective gear.
Only do the safe checks on this page. The battery, motor, controller and high-voltage wiring are for trained technicians: never open them or unplug high-voltage connectors. For anything else, contact an authorized NEXVEY dealer. About e-moto codes on this site
Quick answer
E06 on the NEXVEY FLASH PRO electric dirt bike means “Battery Low Voltage Protection.” Most likely cause: the battery is low or has been run down too far. Try this first: charge with the original charger.
Code meanings vary by brand. The same number can mean different things on different displays and controllers. Check your bike's manual to confirm.
About the NEXVEY FLASH PRO electric dirt bike
These codes are from the "Error Codes" table on page 21 of the NEXVEY FLASH PRO user manual. source This list is for the FLASH PRO only. The user manual for the regular NEXVEY FLASH does not include an error code table. source The age info comes from two places: the FLASH PRO manual (under 12 must not ride) and NEXVEY's FLASH PRO web page (ages 13 and older). source
In plain English
The system cuts or limits power to protect the battery when it gets too low. Charging usually clears it. If it shows soon after a full charge, the battery or charger needs checking.
Step-by-step checklist
Reset
Work from the top. Steps go from free and easy to shop jobs. Switch the bike off before touching any connector. Tick each step as you go. Your progress is saved on this device.
1 Charge with the original charger Free
Charge the battery with the charger that came with the bike, on a hard surface away from anything flammable, and stay nearby. Never use a different charger.
2 Switch off and restart Free
Turn the bike off with its key or power switch, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on. If the code clears, note what you were doing when it appeared, in case it comes back.
3 Check the outside of the battery (don't open it) Free
Look at the battery case only. If it's swollen, cracked, leaking, very hot or smells, don't ride or charge it, move it away from anything flammable if it's safe to, and contact your dealer. If it smokes, get everyone out and call 911.
4 Contact an authorized dealer Shop job
If the code stays after these checks, stop riding and contact an authorized dealer for your brand. The battery, motor, controller and high-voltage wiring are for trained technicians only. Don't open them or unplug high-voltage connectors.
⚠ When to stop and get a shop
Electric dirt bikes run on high-voltage batteries and powerful motors, far stronger than most e-bikes. The battery, motor, controller and high-voltage cables are for trained technicians only: never open them or unplug high-voltage connectors. If these checks don't clear the code, contact an authorized dealer.
Anything inside the battery, the controller, the motor or the high-voltage wiring is a job for an authorized dealer.
